For us your order is top priority: on our eight slitting machines we slit steel strips according to narrowest tolerances with low burr with respect to highest demands on evenness and flatness. We are currently able to produce steel strips with thicknesses starting from 0.02 mm up to 2.00 mm and widths starting from 1.5 mm up to 430 mm.
Service makes a difference! We cut the steel strips from our own stock as well as material from our customers as sub-contractor, for example for the production of prototypes or in case of changes of technical drawings, at reasonable prices and with highest precision.
Full efficiency with our band: in the past you were forced to work with lots of single small-weight strips. Especially for narrow strips (up to approx. 15 mm width) this is often difficult to handle and very time-consuming.
Reducing production costs. We can offer you a cost-saving solution for your production with material supplied on reels. Reel wound quantities starting from about 100kg speed up the change overs and reduce scrap loss in your production leading to greatly improved handling and more efficient processing with better economical results.
In terms of edges a perfect affair: we produce special edges in deburred, rounded, or chamfered design or according to drawings with specific properties on our three modern edge processing machines. We are able to put our focus on narrowest precision tolerances for steel strips starting from 1.5 mm up to 80 mm width.
Continuous electronic measurement and digital machine control guarantee optimum results and quality assurance.
We can deliver sheets in stainless spring steel in sizes of 600 x 2,000 mm and thicknesses of 0.30 – 1.50 mm immediately from our warehouse.
In addition we deliver sheets from spring steel strip in lengths of 500mm / 1,000mm / 2,000mm or according to your specifications (up to 3,500mm length) with narrowest dimensional tolerances and optimum flatness. With the use of state-of-the-art straightening technology we straighten precision strip and cold-rolled strips with a thickness from 0.30mm up to 2.50mm and a tensile strength of up to about 2,000 MPa.
